Account Settings
Update your organization details, contact information, and workspace preferences in ReTarget.gg account settings.
Everything you need to manage your personal profile, your organization, and your notification cadence lives on Settings. Sidebar → Settings.
Profile
- Email: The email you sign in with. Read-only. To change, contact support and we'll walk you through a verified migration.
- Phone: Your verified recovery phone number. Update anytime by sending a new SMS code.
- Display name: How you appear in team rosters and comments. Editable anytime.
Updating your phone
Click Update phone
On the Settings page, Profile section.
Enter the new number
Full international format (e.g.
+44 20 7946 0958).Enter the SMS code
Arrives within seconds. If it doesn't, try the Resend link.
Confirmed
The phone is updated immediately. The old number is invalidated for recovery.
Organization
- Company / legal name: Appears on invoices, CSV exports, and the team workspace. Any Admin or Owner can edit.
- VAT / Tax ID: EU companies can enter a VAT number for zero-rated invoicing (reverse charge). Optional for non-EU.
- Billing email: Where receipts, invoices, and low-balance alerts go. Defaults to the Owner's email.
Notifications & reports
Under Notifications & reports on the Settings page you'll find:
- Weekly performance digest: weekly email summary of your websites. Toggle on/off with the switch. Applies to your user.
- Scheduled CSV exports: quick overview of the per-website CSV schedules you've configured. Click any entry to jump to that website's scheduled-export settings to edit or pause.
In-product notifications (withdrawal updates, application decisions, team events, and so on) surface in the dashboard's notification bell. See Analytics & reporting to set up new CSV schedules.
Security
- Authentication: sign in with the method you picked during onboarding (email link or supported social sign-in). If you need to change it, contact support.
- Delete account: requests are human-reviewed. Publisher earnings must be withdrawn first; advertiser balances drawn down or refunded. Use Danger zone on the Settings page.
